Good morning! My morning routine has been interrupted by our annual HVAC checkup. The technician is very talkative, which makes scrolling and tooting extra difficult. Also, I have a grocery run to do, so I'm trapped at home until he's done.

Otherwise, all is well. The sun is out in force. I'll enjoy a long walk mid-day. Maybe I'll see some signs of color changing in the trees. So far, just occasional yellow + brown leaves on the ground. Maybe the cooler nights ahead will help.
