A place I previously worked at used an MBTI compatibility chart to figure out how well someone would fit into a dev team
Turns out that the only person I know of that caused trouble in that workplace was one with the best compatibility with everyone, but they just brushed it off as "eh, it can't be accurate all the time, right?"
