This simply won't work. Nostr is an event messaging system (a bad one) with no concept of storage outside of custom relays -- by the author's own admission.
I just wish this energy was being put into something else. Sigh.
(I wrote a rant comparing Nostr to address-less, unreliable mail delivery but deleted it because it really doesn't matter)
