I have a broken tooth I want to get fixed (and see a dentist in general), want to get a checkup for possible sleep apnea and iodine deficiency, get back on treatment for hypothyroid, be able to see a doctor when I'm sick.
Otherwise I'm trying to take care of myself in ways I can control - daily fruits/veggies/berries, hydrating, brushing & flossing, exercising.
