Village festival in (Crepol, near Toulouse) attacked by knife-wielding horde of youths from a social-development called La Monnaie, that is 17 km away.

9 people arrested so far. Police are investigated If it's an anti-French terror attack.
A 16 year-old boy has died. Another 16 injured.
