I could add, for Canada, it is relatively easy to get a graduate student visa here, even after the recent severe tightening of immigration by the Canadian government (bad timing!). Get accepted for a masters or PhD at a Canadian university, if that could possibly be an option. In some fields, like the sciences, tuition is often free or reduced and there is a stipend for living.
Caveat: avoid Alberta and Saskatchewan. Anti-trans provincial governments.
