Whatever, every person who thought about this for more than 2 minutes already know this, but then some people will come up with justifications and say "it will be decentralized someday" (perhaps because they have unconsciously accepted that Bluesky has something to do with decentralization after reading so many news articles that place the two words close together in a phrase) and be happy with that, so it's a waste of everybody's time to continue.
