If something in STEM is not a Law, nor cannot be proven with mathematical tools, it's just a 'working model', and it probably has edge cases that haven't been addressed and is therefore faulty.
I actually cannot think of anything in medicine that is a Law or can be mathematically proven....
A bit of physics, math facts, and Euclidean Geometry fall into the former.
