Not to much has changed. Mostly getting rid of stuff and stacking more sats. Flag theory summed is getting multiple citizenships and permeant residencies. If something happens in your plan A country for example war, economic decline, or anything else you can just leave. Some people do it for business purposes to lower their tax bill too.
