I'm implying the ICC and other state actors within Venezuela are conducting lawfare against Milei because he's making their positions less profitable and inhibiting the spread of totalitarianism. They're butthurt because his dismantling of government enterprises means they have less income. At least that's how it reads. Sounds like the CIA is fucking around in another nation again.
