Someone on Twitter said how they’d gotten told to wrap a perfectly ripe, unopened avocado in tin foil & refrigerate it if they needed to save it for a few days. (Loosely wrap it.)
I’m officially dubbing it the best food hack I’ve learned in 2023.

But THIS preserves the perfect texture. It’s absolutely perfect after over 2 weeks in the fridge. #food #cooking
