The goal of Nazis is to normalize Nazism, to prove there have no boundaries they are willing to not cross, in the service of pursuing Nazism more openly.
By getting rid of the social inhibitions about Nazism, they want increase the pool of Nazis they can recruit more openly. They want to brazen it out.
Our Nazis too have both varieties. More overt & covert. Pushing boundaries of whats permissible is more or less an essential element in their growth.
