My first job out of college was at a sketchy day-trading company. Is "sketchy" redundant? Their entire IT department was one guy who openly admitted that all of their PCs were running unlicensed copies of Windows; no budget. More importantly, their software made market suggestions that were often based on old/cached data (software crashes, hah). Ghosting that job to play Warcraft may have ruined my life in some ways, but it probably saved me from getting arrested for fraud.
