The act of posting something like CSAM or NCSM isn't the main problem. The much bigger problem is all the people joining together into a gang-rape, bonding on the pain and humiliation of others.
They should all be punished. Without likes & RT's, few people would post such material. I bet fewer would even bother to make it.
