been a while since i did a current health status. here goes…
things are stable. my elbow still still won’t extend very well — but im letting that problem go for a bit and just focused on building back some strength in all my injured areas.
pain is my number one issue. everything still hurts all the time. it interrupts sleep and makes doing everything hard. i know it’s probably improving but so slowly i can’t tell anymore. i suspect i’m stuck with most of this pain for the duration.
