Cached media can get large, so the pi may want an external drive, or the VM may want mounted volume or object store.

Akkoma and plethora are similar but possibly lower requirements for hosting.

Firefish (previously known as calckey) has a lot of nice features for communities, and the quote boosts you like, but the community features won't make much difference in a single user instance.

You'll need a static IP or at least dynamic DNS.
