the alignment of actions and intentions is a good interpretation, thank you.
It is just something I was wrestling with. Especially the perceived disconnection from the body when indulged in obsessive thinking made it hard for me. But I've came around to write up a defense for thought. And you built upon it. That's how life unfolds I guess.
