Our turbulent, fickle weather patterns are a result of the clash of warm, moist air coming north from the GULF OF MEXICO, and cold air masses sweeping down from the Canadian plains and meeting that GULF OF MEXICO air over Arkansas.
I say that we were "predictably" given a vacation choice each summer — mountains or GULF OF MEXICO? — but it was a foregone conclusion that we'd go to the GULF OF MEXICO.
