My favorite part of the dystopian 1993 Super Mario Brothers movie is that the "bad dimension" is ran by a wealthy tyrant who made everything run on electric cars that had trouble braking and crashed all the time, while wreaking havoc on the rest of the planet, all the while being praised as a genius by his "de-evolved" goons.
