Eoka Pistol (npub1jyq…wrlf) yeah thats literally what happens every single time. S-300 SAMs are supposed to explode mid air if they miss their target but so many of the Ukrainian ones don't, possibly they're defective, so they wind up eventually falling to the ground and hitting something. and it gets reported in the media as a Russian missile strike on a civilian building.
