Are you looking at a particular app as the model? Over a decade ago I loved using simpleology, it has a system to it to encourage productivity. I am pretty sure they never really continue catching up with the times and became outdated. But the 1,2,3 process was awesome. I'd love to have that again :) but that may be way beyond what you are envisioning. What is it that you are envisioning?
