Oh that's an interesting one. I would say what are the financial incentives that drive centralization? What are segments of the market where that incentive breaks down (I.e. flare gas mining). how do they think about centralization in terms of a threat to their business model. Under what circumstances would they diversify their pools to the benefit of the network? Is there a model for diversification-as-a-service? I dunno just thinking out loud here.
