The WHOLE CAPITALIST SCHEME is unethical. And the system could but probably won't eventually punish the owner. Once you hire an employee and make a profit on the expenditure of their life energy you are unethical. Why stop there? Thats why we have contract law. Those are the ONLY rules that matter.
