Do they not send meter readers out round your way?
I'm with Eon too, and am apparently supposed to send them readings online. I tried once and the site didn't work, so I just... didn't. Most of my bills are based on their estimates of how much I used. Bloke comes out and reads it once or twice a year, which is nice 'cos usually they've overestimated my consumption and I get a really low bill to
get everything back in line.
