Not much longer now in Southern New England and we'll have our first frost. I normally grow dahlias in tubs, so while I can cover them, I don't think I will this time. Weird season for them. They bloomed less than expected. Mikhail Miranda (purple/white)is one of my oldest--six years at least. Tartan (maroon and white) is second year, along with ( I think! ) Black Narcissus (dark maroon)
