Today was a lot of temptation, but I weathered it surprisingly well. It was shopping day for me, and the worst I did was a chomps venison stick and a cheese and salami cup. Had cheese in my power bowl this morning too.

That's more cheese than I've had all week. I may have had more milk today as well. But at least it wasn't cookies, donuts, or other sweets.

I can feel the sugar addiction urges/cravings have lightened up a little. Still a struggle, but I'm doing okay for now. Trying to make December a good month. October was bad, November was better, but still lots of cheats. I've reversed my weight gain. That should give me a little reinforcement.
