in general, despite being commonly known for it, most flu vaccines do not generally show an increased risk of GBS- AFAIK only the 1976 flu vaccine clearly had an increased risk. I guess it's possible that this is specific to the XBB vaccine. Still, even if real, the risk is tiny.
