That was an 'interesting' day. Viewed the worst house in the street in a village near Bishop Auckland. I felt really sorry for the seller. He's had several cowboy builders in and his house is a disaster. A leaking flat roof, no tanking behind wall insulation, it's all having to be done again. Poor design of heat pump. I'm walking away.
