One of my podcasts that I listen to was just talking about the CIA's handbooks on movement infiltration, and how one of their recommended tactics is to encourage the derailing time wastage of endless meetings-- PARTICULARLY by constantly bringing up issues that have already been settled, effectively constantly rewinding the org in time to stymie further progress.

And I thought, oh. That sounds awfully familiar.
