#Threads is algo first and will have ads. Won't support for #ActivityPub just mean that somebody there can follow your #fediverse account but probably won't see much of what you post anyway, like on Facebook? I can't even imagine what somebody here will see when we follow a #Threads account. If it's advertising and algorithm free, which side you choose to be on will say more about how you want to see the world than your politics.
