Anyone encountered unreliable data behavior with UserDefaults where if *after reboot* and a Live Activity is active, the values won't be set in appDidFinishLaunching, but will be a second later?

Next launch? It's perfect. Using the "app group" UserDefaults rather than standard

You can see here the "UserDefaults at app launch" value is not set initially, but if I either repeatedly check, or force quit and relaunch it, it becomes available. Just not at first launch after a reboot?
