These are some of the foods I picked up today
for my fight against cancer.I went by my nutritionsts guidelines,There's still a few things I still have to pick up like some avocados 🥑
and some whole wheat cereal.Im ready for this
battle.
I even bought a journal to write in to keep track of
things.Went to get my Echo this morning,and my heart is strong,no abnormalities have to work on the blood pressure,still a little elevated.
