One of the hardest things I’ve had to learn to accept is not everyone will come to the same conclusion even when exposed to the same facts and situation. You can certainly see that in the responses to shared traumas like 9/11 and Covid-1984. The idea that any two people can share a reality, much less an entire population, is farcical.
