Personal discipline is not a solution, but you seem to think it is. Does this line of thinking also apply to cataracts, diabetes, hernias, and other body ailments?

When your cornea isn't in the right spot to put the light right where it needs to be, that's not something muscle exercise will ever overcome.

Some physical body problems can't be solved with 'clean living' or whatever else.
