The most important thing involving these runs for me has been consistency. Running 3-6 times a week even if it’s in the low intensity green zone adds somewhere between an extra 900-2500 calories burned during a 7 day period. Adding it all up throughout the month makes a world of difference and before you know it, you’re crushing food just to keep your weight up!
