If I reply to a note that has multiple users tagged in it, primal only tags the user that posted the actual note reply. The other users in the thread are not tagged and left out. Here are screenshots of what it looks like on primal and damus. Damus tags all 3 users and allows everyone to continue talking to each other. Primal does not. It stops the flow of conversation between multiple users.
