Forgotten at the back of the fridge last week were the strawberries macerated in lime zest, vanilla, and Japanese black sugar that I had intended to serve at our Pride brunch. So I made them into jam this evening. And I said, “goddam!” It’s embarrassing to say how much we just ate on crackers with cream cheese. #cooking
