Last month I had the kind of month that myself a decade ago never thought I'd do. It was one of those months where I had concrete, paint, sand, super glue, soil, engine grime and oil on my hands all in the same month. Not bad for someone who's not quite Bob Vila levels of handiness.
On top of that, I also managed to workout all but 3 days out of the month. My body is feeling a little worn down today... but when one looks at the mirror and sees new gains, one cannot help but want to keep the momentum going. Even if I have to muddle through some soreness.
