This is absoutely true. We had both of our kids here in #Kagoshima. The care was top-notch, we had a private room, constant care, and they even treated us to 5-course meal on the night before we left. The total cost was around $2500 but we ended up getting more than that back from the government. I heard what my sisters had in #America and it doesn't compare. And it would have cost us 10 times the amount. Patting myself on the back for making the move to #Japan.
