Although you see a lot of mountain bikes in Buenos Aires, they were ubiquitous here in the 90's and 00's, and in Paris were In used to live before too.
I don't take risks either. I only go fast when I know I can, and If I get into an accident one day it will be the car's fault.
Although you don't need to go dangerously fast on this bike to make it a real workout: it's old-school heavy and a single speed.
