Ok, the first foray into my #ADHD medication journey did NOT go well.
At first, I felt like I was brain-overclocked, then later on very sleepy, then at the end of the day, *super* depressed and anxious. Ugh.

Tempted to just go cold turkey off all my mental health meds and suck it up. But I won't.
