Honest curiosity, are people hyping on eating meat mostly from US? What those who do not eat meat regularly usually eat? I wished I took a picture of a regular restaurant where I just had lunch 20 min ago. It's nothing out of ordinary, it is basic the typical restaurant you will find in every block across the entire latin america. There is always an isle where you can get any cut of meat you want. Usually meat coming from low quality and cheap indian based cattle races that withstand warmer climates. It's very hard to find someone that would not have a plate of rice, beans, lettuce, tomate and a slice of a cheap meat.
