Hmm. It's my favorite time. Bed time! And I'm doing the "box fan meditation" to work on lucid dreaming. I'm deaf in my left ear and binaural beats don't work for me. But box fans do. Anyone with unilateral hearing loss will tell you your dominant ear is INCREDIBLY sensitive. Fluorescent lights give me a headache because of the hum. But I can hear the gentle oscillations of box fans like they're waves of the ocean. It's glorious. I just lay here and get carried away. It's nice. #meditation #deaf
