The fact that food is more expensive than cheap electronic junk is sign how our civilization failed.

I don't mean to say that food isn't valuable. However, it's absurd that stuff we don't need, these gadgets born of criminal exploitation of nature, living their short lives purely for the purpose of driving mindless consumption, and then piling up on landfills, and in oceans, are so cheap.
