It is pouring down rain, there is thunder and lightning, and I can hear a neighbor out moving their lawn in between thunderclaps.
I'm not saying this is a dumb move, maybe they are bathing/showering at the same time, but I'll be frank - this is not how I recommend handling and performing lawn care.
