So I recently came across Google’s Notebook LM AI Tool on a recent TikTok post from someone that used it to study for a Law School test. What caught my attention was the “Podcast Style” feature that basically creates a dialog between two people who talk about whatever you upload to the tool be it a technical paper or a research paper/journal, etc. in the form of a podcast recording that basically dumbs down whatever kind of information you throw at it, mind you the process takes just seconds to accomplish and the results are outstanding if not scary to say the least. Never could I have imagined that technology would reach this level of complexity/advancement. At the beginning of this year I posted on my LinkedIn page a research paper regarding a problem that no one is talking about in the city I live in. It has to do with desalinization of brackish water causing subsidence in the North area of the city which will eventually lead to catastrophic effects for many people. So I signed to Google’s new tool and generated the “Podcast Style” conversation audio and man oh man this just blew me away.
