I don’t understand private equity finance, but I can inagine that if my company had to pay the interest on a 1.45 bn dollar loan I’d be a bit nervous with this news. It shows that Monotype is more valuable as a thing to borrow against than actual income from licenses. Oh dear. #monotype #finance #privateequity
