最新版的 Windows 客户端 Nostrid （ https://github.com/lapulpeta/Nostrid ）已经支持HTTP/SOCKS5代理，若使用本机代理（如Shadowsocks、V2fly等），需要使用 AppContainer Loopback Exemption Utility （ https://docs.telerik.com/fiddler/configure-fiddler/tasks/configurefiddlerforwin8 ） 启用Nostrid的本地环回（可见下图）。

虽然目前来看意义不是很大，但是有备无患，谁知道GFW哪天突然一下就把各种Relays给封了。🫤
