despite creating FAQs on my website, my customers still email me every day with the same questions over and over. a small part of my day is responding personally to give basically the same info, personalized to that person. it can be annoying, but it also builds social relationships. we've had many of the same customers for 10 years! if a customer has an issue or a question they know they can reach out and I'll answer, and i find meaning and fulfillment in that way of life
