Large corporations do not want to throw away computers, because they have to pay a service fine for disposal. This can be very costly, so they rather resell their used hardware in bulk to someone, who will either use them or refurbish them and sell them one by one.
The company I used is called, "Tek Boost" and they're one of those companies that buys them, refurbishes them, and then sells them one by one.
I've had no issues with them, and once even received a free upgrade. I had ordered a T3600, and they shipped me the newer T3610. No complaints from me, obviously. Their aim is to offload it, anyway, so I understood why they did so.
I first learned about them as they sell on Amazon, but they also have their own website. I've used both.
